Loyalty and VIPs on Shopify
How to set a VIP threshold from your own customers’ spend and keep split profiles from hiding your best customers.

A VIP rule asks one question: has this customer spent enough? When a regular’s orders sit on two profiles, each profile shows only part of their spend, and neither reaches the threshold.
In MergeGuard’s demo store: 18 VIPs on single profiles → 27 VIPs as people Demo store (Northsail Supply). The extra VIPs were there all along, split across profiles.
MergeGuard’s VIP audience adds up each customer’s spend across all their profiles.
