Connect Klaviyo to MergeGuard

Connect Klaviyo from Settings in MergeGuard on Growth, Scale or Enterprise. MergeGuard reads your Klaviyo profiles, and connecting never starts a sync on its own, so a list goes to Klaviyo only when you choose. Klaviyo profile merging stays off until you turn it on. You can disconnect Klaviyo from Settings.

What connecting does

Connecting links your Klaviyo account to MergeGuard so MergeGuard can read your Klaviyo profiles. It does nothing else by itself.

  • Connecting Klaviyo never auto-syncs. A list goes to Klaviyo when you choose to sync it, or when you switch on Keep in sync for that list on Scale.
  • Klaviyo profile merging is a separate setting. It stays off until you turn it on.
  • A sync never changes who is subscribed, and never unsubscribes or deletes anyone.
  • MergeGuard never messages your customers. You decide what to send from Klaviyo.

Which plans can connect

Connecting Klaviyo, syncing a list and Klaviyo profile merging come with Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Starter exports lists as a CSV.
