Export an audience list as a CSV

Export an audience list as a CSV for any email platform, with no Klaviyo needed. List exports count toward your plan: monthly plans get an allowance each month, yearly Starter and Growth plans get the whole year’s exports up front, and yearly Scale plans have unlimited exports. Duplicates and History exports are open on every plan and don’t count.

At a glance

  1. Pick a list in Audiences

    Choose the audience and list you want. Audience list exports come with Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise.

  2. Export it as a CSV

    The export counts toward your plan’s exports.

  3. Use it in your email platform

    Import the CSV into the tool you send from. Exporting never changes who is subscribed.

  4. Remove contacts yourself

    MergeGuard never unsubscribes or deletes anyone. If a contact should leave your list, remove them in your email platform.

What counts as an export

Audience list exports count toward your plan. The Duplicates list export and every History export are open on every plan and don’t count toward exports.

Yearly plans get the whole year’s exports at the start of the year. Audience list exports come with Starter and above.

Exporting a list never unsubscribes or deletes anyone, and it never changes consent. Build the list first with Audiences.
