Sync an audience list to Klaviyo
Sync an audience list to Klaviyo when you choose, on Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Monthly plans get manual syncs each month, yearly Growth plans get the whole year’s syncs up front, and yearly Scale plans have unlimited syncs. Scale can also switch on Keep in sync. A sync never unsubscribes or deletes anyone and never changes who is subscribed.

Pick a list from Audiences
Choose a list your plan includes, such as Newsletter cleanup, VIP or Win-back.
Sync it to Klaviyo
Sync the list yourself, or on Scale switch on Keep in sync for that list.
Manage subscriptions in Klaviyo
A sync never changes who is subscribed. To remove contacts, do it in Klaviyo.

Audiences outside your plan show their counts only. Pricing lists every plan.
Manual sync and Keep in sync
A manual sync sends the list to Klaviyo when you choose it. Keep in sync is a setting on a single list, on Scale and Enterprise. Connecting Klaviyo never switches either on.
During a trial
Growth and Scale trials include 1 Klaviyo sync per list, with the first 60 or 100 people. On Scale, Keep in sync covers up to 20 lists, with the first 100 people on each until your plan starts.
What a sync never does
- It never unsubscribes or deletes anyone, and it never changes who is subscribed.
- It never messages your customers. You decide what to send from Klaviyo.
- Contacts you want to remove from a list are removed in Klaviyo.
Not on a plan with Klaviyo? Export the list as a CSV.
