How the MergeGuard free trial works
Starter, Growth and Scale each start with a 14-day free trial, on monthly and yearly billing. Free and Enterprise have no trial. The trial has its own smaller allowance of merges and contact fixes, one pool for the life of your store. When the trial ends, Shopify bills the plan you chose.

Use the trial allowance
The trial gives 30 merges and 6 contact fixes on Starter, 60 and 12 on Growth, and 100 and 20 on Scale.

On day 11, MergeGuard emails you that the trial ends in 3 days. A trial you cancel gets no email.
The trial ends and Shopify bills
When the trial ends, Shopify bills the plan you chose. Billed through Shopify; renews automatically; change or cancel in Shopify.

What the trial includes
- 30 merges and 6 contact fixes on Starter, 60 and 12 on Growth, and 100 and 20 on Scale.
- 1 export per list, with the first 30, 60 or 100 people on Starter, Growth or Scale, newest first.
- 1 Klaviyo sync per list on Growth and Scale, with the first 60 or 100 people. On Starter, the Klaviyo card stays locked and shows your real counts.
- On Scale, Keep in sync for up to 20 lists, with the first 100 people on each until your plan starts.
One pool for the life of your store
Trial merges and contact fixes are one pool for the life of the store, and merges you already used on Free count toward it. A repeat trial gets the plan’s features and no new merges, contact fixes or trial exports.The reminder email
